Sarah Palin Controversy
There is currently a lot of controversy going on about McCain's choice for VP, Sarah Palin. For those of you that haven't heard, the controversy is about Palin's "5th child", Trig Paxson Van Palin. The thing is, Palin didn't tell anyone that she was pregnant until she was seven months along and no one noticed before then. Why didn't they notice? Well its because she wasn't showing at all. However, her 15 year old daughter was. It looks like Palin's daughter, Bristol, had Trig and her mother is pretending that it is her baby. Bristol had been taken out of school on and off for 5-8 months because of infectious mononucleosis. Suspicious right? Thats what I thought.

John McCain is too smart to choose a running mate that could possibly have such a grand secret. Why would McCain pick a running mate that could lose him the election if this rumor was true? Sarah Palin is too intelligent to agree to be VP knowing she did not actually give birth to her 5th child. She would not lie about her own birth unless she wanted to ruin her young, politcal career. This is election time rumor garbage. None of the major news networks have even addressed this rumor so, obviously the credibility is low. Another reason not to believe the hype is the photos of Sarah Palin's daughter could have easily been photoshopped.
To further comment...Sarah Palin's daughter is pregnant NOW. She will be marrying the father of her child. I am shocked that John McCain picked Sarah Palin knowing she had this family crisis. Considering her religious background this will be hard to relate to Christian voters.
